Get children used to fasting in the month of Ramadan is not a difficult task, Ramadan month is like a great opportunity for parents to familiarize their children on many of the acts of worship like fasting and prayer, this is a set of ways and means on how to get children used to fasting in Ramadan:

• encourage children to fast through the identification of a reward for each day Asmonh, or suspension of a table in the House include the thirty days are the days of the month of Ramadan, that stimulates the child's parents on the fast by giving him a star or a distinctive sign in the table before the day of fasting.

• Rank in the fast, it can be overlooked in the first two days or a week if the child did not complete the fast for the rest of the day, he brought up the water in the middle of the day, it is by scaling the child will learn fast.

• praise the child continuously and encouragement when you fast, it make him feel that he paid for the work done by the attendance continuously.

• Do not punish the child or emphasized in the case if it is discovered that invalidates the fast and non-fasting, this behavior requires a calm and wisdom in the face of this child's behavior to determine its causes and treatment.

• Involve the child in the preparation of meals, breakfast and suhoor put juice or authorities, this gives him a sense of joy to that special feeling in the month of Ramadan.

• Ensuring the presence of the child from a young age on the breakfast table, gathered at the time of fasting, breakfast and the scenery while eating dates raise the ears of Morocco has a significant impact in the same child, and makes him accept the fast to be like them.

Should parents care from childhood to awaken the child in later suhoor so that the child's meaning and importance of suhoor in the month of Ramadan to perform fast, narrated that Anas ibn Maalik, may Allah be pleased with him said: the Prophet peace be upon him "in suhoor there is blessing."
